Red enamel is replaced, some of the flag poles are neatly repaired from reverse. The screw has been replaced, although the small silver nut looks exactly like the original. The silver numbered screwback plate is original, and exhibits the number, matching with the serial number of the order.
Scarce Civil War award! Great eye appeal.

However, all flag poles and torch endings are intact.
