The order shows old loop repair, stick-pin might not be original. However, center medallion shows normal wear, and all enamel is original and intact.

Serial Number: 2604.
The order was converted to screwback after June 1943 regulations change, and later reconverted back, apparently by veteran. All red enamel is replaced with nail polish (easily removed). Price reflects the low condition.
The ugliest Type 1 nevsky Order in the world, rare such!

Comes with copies of official archival research (award card and citation). Awarded to Guards Colonel Malik I.F., recepient of many other combat awards, including Order of Bogdan Khmelnitsky 3rd Class, for skillful command and personal bravery during repelling of enemy's counter attacks.
The order was converted to screwback after June 1943 regulations change, and later expertly reconverted back. However, center medallion shows minimal wear, and all enamel is original and intact.
